Thai Massage

Thai Massage combines techniques from Chinese medicine, Indian Ayurvedic practices, and traditional Thai healing. While they can be performed on a massage table, Thai massages are often performed on a mat or the floor while the client remains clothed. The therapist guides the client through a series of yoga-like stretches, applies pressure to specific points on the body, provides breath cues, performs abdominal work, and performs deep tissue massage.
